I just have to share the results of an unusual seven-week experiment I just completed -- one that dramatically improved my level of energy, and the quality of my life.
Here at Quantum-Self we were getting ready to move the office to a new location -- not an easy task to prepare for!
We had been working some long, hard hours for weeks to prepare ... when I realized I really could use more hours in the day.
I decided to give Kacper M. Postawski’s "Powerful Sleep” program a try -– since I realized I really COULD use a lot more time ... and most certainly more energy.

I was amazed at what happened:
The first week I was able to immediately add 90 minutes to my waking day, and my energy level felt fine. That impressed me.
Over the next two weeks, I further reduced my sleep until I had added 3 extra waking hours to my day – still with no decrease in energy. Now I was amazed.
After seven weeks I had reduced my need for sleep to four and one-half hours, and had very calm and relaxed energy.
